IWYZE WONT PAY FOR MY LOST CAR TRACKER

My car was insured with IWYZE, it never had the car tracking device, of which I installed shortly after joining the insurance. Before I could inform IWYZE of my newly installed car tracking device (so that they could lower my premiums), my car was written off. I informed Neo Gule from claims department that I had just installed the car tracker, she said we could arrange selling the tracker to the next owner or uninstalling it from the car, I tried contacting her by phone, I would hold on the line forever, when I e-mailed her, she never responded!!

The next thing I hear my ex-car was sold and I was never contacted to inform my tracking company, Netstar, to unistall or sell the tracker to the new owner. Now I have to be paying for a tracker that am not even using, for 36 months. This is not fair, and am not backing down on this matter, I need it sorted.
