I purchased a new car in the beginning of January 13 and immediately cancelled my insurance, which included a tracker, in my old vehicle. I took our insurance on my new car and requested that the tracker be transferred to the this car.
Since the beginning of January the tracker was not installed, yet, tracker took off payments from my account for this device... although it was part of an agreement with my insurer. yes i know i have to pay if i dont have insurance any more, however, i requested the transfer of the tracker... and tracker did not deliver.
I am out of pocket from Feb till September of just under R300 per month and it became my problem and not that of tracker as they got their money and tough luck for the client who's car was at risk.
After contacting the MD, suddenly i had feedback and the tracker was installed - despite that it was only 7 months late.
Poor service and little effort on the side of Tracker to accept any responsibility. Great dissapointment!!!
