I have been with tracker for 6-8 months now and since the beginning I've been having dealt with numerous occasion's of bad service. The first incidents is the bad service of the installation of vehicles. I had one of my personal vehicles installation assessed 3 times before a technician discovered the units power cable was connected to a sleep cable that looses power after the vehicle goes into sleep mode.along with this my debit orders from a debit order was captured as a manual one and i was billed 3-4months premiums for 18vehicles at one go which also worries me as to how a big company like tracker has no records of this.recently i have asked for a cancellation and i finally got someone to call me only to disappointe me once again.5 of my 6vehicles were installed and the other 1 for a month now is still not installed.i have had no joy with tracker and hope that others reading this will not use them as they are incompetent and haven't a clue regarding service is I'm a corporate client and knows what they are doing to the individual clients as they don't appreciate my business.i have now instructed my attorneys to resolve the matter. Tracker as even sent me 2 sales reps still no
