So Tracker are suppose to recover your vehicle should anything happen to it. My experience tells a whole different story: I receive mails and sms's that my Tracker units are unresponsive on vehicles that have been months ago and reported to them. Two of my vehicles "covered" by tracker units has been, no response on panic buttons during the and no communication of non responsive units! Two months ago one of my vehicles were hijacked and the driver pressed the panic button several times before being thrown out of the vehicle. We ended up recovering the vehicle our self and luckily received a call from tracker about and hour after to ask if we are okay and can they assist us!? I ended up cancelling my contract after several unresponsive complaints. Now I have to pay a ridiculous amount for who knows what!!!
