Why don't you cancel my contract?

I emailed customer service on 30 November 2012 requesting immediate cancellation. They reacted on 17 January 2013 saying they have received my email and will allocate a responsible person in 24 hours.
I phoned when nothing happenned and they suggested I email them again. I did and they reacted on 8 Feb with the same acknowledgement of receipt email.
I phoned again when nothing happened and then they suggested I email them again! I want my money back and I want them to stop sms'ing me about checking my alarm.
