ADT DOES NOT DELIVER

Tues 5th Feb an ADT technician was at my premises to service all passives and beams. One week I received a TRBL signal from my alarm key pad stating "Battery Low" on one of the beams. I requested the Technical Dept to send out the technician to complete the job that should have been done on the 5th. The job was scheduled for Monday 18th. No one arrived. After inquiring I was that he was too busy and would arrive on the 19th. Still waiting. After inquiring I have been told that the Technical Call Centre did not log the call and I will now have to wait until 22nd.
