I have a contract with Chubb for security services. I called them yesterday to request that they provide me with two security remotes which I lost and I was promised that someone will call me in order to process my order. After not hearing from them the whole day yesterday (18/02/2013), I called again today (19/02/2013) to make the same request. Once again I was promised that someone will call me. It is evening now and I still have not heard from them.
My house was burgled last week and not having security remotes certainly does not give me any comfort.
I am not sure why I am still with them.
