I send an e-mail on 18 Desember 2012 to ADT to inform them that I have a problem with their alarm system, beams and electric fence (last two was done by a different company) and requested someone to come out to my house. Nobody responded and on 7 March 2013 I forwarded the same e-mail to my representative, Bridgette, and asked her to pass on my e-mail to the relevant division. A lady phoned me the same day and after she tried to pass the buck to the company that did the beams I got agitated. The more I said that the problem is with ADT's alarm and ADT's response the more she told me to contact the beams company. In the end I said to her to just send a technician. She said someone will come out on Tuesday, 12 March and would I like for them to take the money for the guys that coming out by debit order. On 12 March before 9h00 I confirmed the appointment and was assured that the technician will phone me that day. The afternoon 16H00 I send my representative, Bridgette an e-mail to say that to date no one has called. It is going on the 3rd day and still no one has contacted me!!! Catre Blanche I have proof of all of the above!
