I am a new customer of ADT (Not even been with them for 3 weeks!)
and from what I have experienced so far, I'm disgusted on how they treat their customers!!!
On the 13th Feb 2013 my house got broken into, ADT got an alarm at 10:34 (which the call centre confirmed), I only got a call from ADT 11:04!!! An half an hour later, if any of my family members was in the house they would have been killed or before ADT re-acts!! I phoned ADT at 11:35, 12:23 and 23:07 to question why we only got notified so late about the brake in but every time I was told that they will come back to me. I spoke to a gentleman and he said to me he will escalate it to Management and they will phone me tomorrow 14th Feb. Guess what no phone call! I phoned on the 14 Feb at 13:10 and again the same story Management will phone me, I got a call back from a Manager but was told that he will get the invesigating officer to phone me. I'm still waiting.
I'll see what will happen today but will not accept this kind of customer service which I pay for from any service provided and will take it further!!
