Still waiting for call back

I phoned your customer service department this morning (2013/11/05) to find out if they can give me an indication of what time they are going to deliver as I needed to go out for half an hour. I was then told by Malcom, that they will phone me before they come. Well... While I was out in that half hour, I got a call from a lady asking me where I am as the couriers are at my house. I told her, I will be another 20 min. Got home, found a letter in my postbox that they were there and that I need to phone customer care to arrange delivery. Phoned them again @ 12:00. Was told they will find out and call me back. Never got the call. I phone again @ 12:45 and was told the same thing. I'm still waiting for a call. I now have to just sit here the whole time until RAM makes an appearance. Its disgusting service to say the least.
