I HAD THE EAXCT SAME COMPLAINT THE PREVIOUS TIME WE REQUIRED A VEHICLE

We have ADT secrity at the gate to our estate and then I have an alarm connected to their call centre in our house, today at 17:30 we received a call informing me that our alarm has been activated, I requested that they send a vehicle which was confirmed that they would. after forty minutes my wife and I arrived home and no unit was there and no note was left, so I phoned the call centre at 18:10 to complain since if this was an emergency we would be dead and the same thing happened the last time we requested a vehcile (previous time it took over two hours and no one went past the gate).

After explaining that I'm unhappy and putting down the call there was a knock on our door at 18:30 an hour after we received the call and 20 minutes after I complained. After my previous complaint I was promised that it would be sorted out and that it wouldn't happen again.

It did happen again and my contract with ADT has been over for some time, I am now moving to your competition due to a complete disregard for my pregnant wife and my safety. I will ensure no one I know will use your pathetic company
