Absolutely the worst pathetic service

This evening 27 September 2013 at 19:55 a ADT officer knocked on my door asking if all is well I said yes and he asked me my name I gave him my name. I asked him why he is at my house and did he not attend to the wrong house. He responded and said he was dispatched to my house. Not even 3 minutes past and I recieved a call froma ADT callcentre asking me if all is ok. I asked the lady to tell me when the alarm was activated she said it was activated at 17:15.At that time I was doing some shopping with my family. During my time doing shopping my alarm was activated and as the norm with ADT they call you but I rrvieved no call from ADT.This begs the question why it took ADT almost 3 hours later to send a reaction officer to my home. When I questioned the callcentre about this 3 hour delay she responded with"we had lots of alarms activated". My question is do your as ADT CAN YOU ACTUALY RUN THIS BUSINESS. I am shocked at what the call centre agent told me. DOES MY MONEY MEAN NOTHING AS I AM PAYING FOR A USELESS SERVICE.I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE.Icant believe that it took the call centre almost 3 Hours to respond to my activatef alarm. I shudder to think if it was a real emergency.
