No Feedback after 30 minutes

My house alarm was activated more than 30 minutes ago and we have not received any feedback from ADT regarding them investigating this incident. My husband has called them several times within this time frame and they have said no one has checked our property yet.

Just how does it take ADT to respond. Burglars need fall less than 30 minutes to clear out ones home
