Money not refunded after contract cancellation

After poor service delivery we cancelled our contract with ADT on 22 October 2012. Service was terminated as from 31 October 2012, but monthly subscribsion was still deducted for November 2012. (Which is fair according to the contract.) Radio Money of R214 was however also deducted for the year to follow. Seeing that we terminated ADT`s services we were not responsible for the future year`s radio money.

We contacted them and reported this. We e-mailed the termination letter on 12/11/2012 and asked for correspondence again on 15/11/2012. No reply.

After severel phone calls wanting to speak to managers and trying to get our money back, they told us it would take 2 weeks.

It is now 10/01/2013 and we have not yet received our money.

We have however received a call to claim back their old radio!

I am disappointed in this blatant disregard for service delivery and communication. Please help!
