Can be dead in 20 minutes

On Sunday 10 Feb ADT in Vaalark took 20 minutes to respond to an alarm at my house. In 20 minutes we could have been dead and the whole house robed. Vaalpark is VERY small and a security company should either have a map or GPS and need not take 20 minutes to get to my house. I contacted someone who had done armed responce in Vaalpark and asked what the expected/realistic reaction time is. According to them for Vaalpark it is 5-10 minutes. In the past ADT reaction time was within this limit but lately it has severly deteriorated. On Monday I contacted their Customer care center per e-mail with this complaint and although I received a relpay that they will contact me in 24 hours nothing happend. I resend this complaint on Tuesday but are still waiting...
