In November 2012 I cancelled my ADT subscription with ADT as I relocated to JHB. I have received telephonic confirmation from ADT account that the subscription is cancelled and that the last debit order will be in December 2012.
However in January 2013 I was still billed R 412.00 and exer since I have been trying to get my refund.
I have spoken to Yushra Khan (very poor service), Lucinda, Shaida (promised to call me back but never), Tammy and Sandra...
5 People and still no joy. Yet all of them promise to call back and to refund BUT nothing...
BECAREFUL OF WHO YOU USE... I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL ENSURE THAT WHOM EVER I SPEAK TO NEVER USE THEM AS WELL
