ADT WONT GIVE REFUND FOR INCORRECT BILLING

I cancelled my contract with ADT in October 2012, last day being 30 November 2012.
They billed me for December although the contract was already cancelled.
I phoned them and they promised to refund me.
I emailed them on 5 February, nothing happened. I emailed again last week enquiring about the refund, I got to response.
I am tired of waiting. All I want is the R410 they billed me for.
