Cancellation of Contract a Nightmare

Received confirmation as per below from Cell CC that the contract is cancelled. No debits were made against m, y account since, but since January they deduct subscription fee again. I will now lodge a formal compalint with the NCC. You do not have permission to debit my account after you confirmed the contract has been cancelled. Utterly discusted by Cell C. I want a refund on all the monies you have taken from my account illegally. Please get back to me today. Please read below correspondence from the bottom.

We are really perturbed to know that your initial instruction was not adhered to. This is certainly not the type of service we envisage, as the company spends a substantial amount on training
