Dissapointing Service from ADT

I am extremely dissapointed by the service I received from ADT! I have logged a query with them since 3 September 2013 and I only get an email with a ticket number and that says someone will contact me. I have send so many emails and contacted their call centre every week with no luck, until today my query is not resolved. I am told that my query has been submitted to a supervisor and I am not allowed to have the "supervisors" email address. All I am told is that someone will contact me. I am extremely dissapointed that i had to complain on "Hello Peter" due to lack of professionalism and they don't even have a time frame by when my query will be attended to!!!
