No reply to emails & empty call centres

So after 20min of trying to get through to Customer service, I gave up. Emailed last week, no response as yet. Altech is really pathetic! Not only can't they track cars, but trying to get hold of them to help you with tracker issues is even harder.

Phoning for emergencies are easy, since by law they have to be available. Contacting Sales, also very easy, since they are greedy to get your money. Trying to get hold of them in any other way is a dead-end. They have your money now, and promised you a service they cannot deliver on.

I need someone urgently to contact me to get my trackers sorted. Before it gets again and you still can't track them.
