Shocking service

Our gates were due for their first annual service in January. I called the call centre who took down my details and advised someone from the service team would contact me. A week later and no-one had called. I then called the Durban office directly. I spoke to the Receptionist who took down my details and advised someone would contact me. A couple days later and still no call. I then called again and spoke to Terry who took my details down again and advised she would be in contact re service. I advised that my gates were hardly opening and she said we would be at the top of her list. A couple days later and still no call! I called again and she was not available. Left messages and did not call back. Had to call again and was told they no longer have a service team and to bear with her. I advised again that my gates were not opening properly. She advised she would be in contact. Terry still did not call until we chased her again and she called advising they were coming the next day. However it was for a day I had advised there would not be anyone home. Terry then very abruptly advised she would call me the next day to organise a day. I am still waiting!
