STILL NO DELIVERY

I ordered my smart device on the 7th day of November 2013 and i was advised that it will be delivered within 15 working days. I called on the 2nd day of December 2013 and were advised that the courier will contact me. today i received a sms stating that delivery will be between 9:00 am and 15:00 pm. I called to confirm my delivery for today and called again after 14:00 advising them that i still have not heard anything from the courier. the call center advised me that she forwarded a message to the courier and they will contact me. its now 15:16 and still nothing.
