Trying to cancel a contract

I sent an email to cancel my contract on the 01/10/2013 I was called on the 05/10/2013 and advised that the contract was cancelled and my last debit will be on the 21/11/2013 - as per ref #1309300000105641
However I received a statement in December advising that I will be debited in December
So I called the call centre on the 18/12/2013 to find out what was going on and was advised that the cancellation was not processed properly however it will be cancelled and I will not be debited and some one will call me in three days - as per ref #3121801724
Till today no one has called me back and I WAS DEBITED so I called the call centre this morning and spoke to Ellen - ref # 1312270000016520
She advised that she is sending it to her billing department now and that I need to wait for 5 working days
This is unacceptable url have taken my money and I want it reversed I cancelled the contract and url have no right to still be debiting

I asked Ellen to speak to a manager she advised that all the managers are on holiday and theres no one there
So because there is no management customers need to suffe
