Poor: Technical Support, Contact & Call Centre

Had an agreement with ADT Technical Support to perform work between an agreed time. ADT has not committed to the agreement made.
ADT Westrand phone number just rings...
ADT Central Call centre staff put phone down in your ear when you complain.

The only support I "started" to get was when I phoned the ADT Head Office number (which also went through to a call centre...) to lodge a complaint.

Call Centre agent did not adequately resolve my complaint. I had to explain myself AGAIN as to why I was so irate, she managed to get a chap by the name of Robert (Manager somewhere relating to Tech Support) on the line. I explained the WHOLE palava AGAIN. He committed to resolve and phone me back. Which he did in 5 minutes assuring me a Technical Support person was on his way.

Why do people first have to complain to get service? Especially if you agreed certain terms up front as a time of day when work could be done? A morning agreement must be CONCLUDED before 12:00! Thats why people agree to have work done at certain times of day. Becuase it's the only time available!!!
