MOBILE TECHNICAL SUPPORT: WALTER: KNOWLEDGE&PATIENCE

After holidaying in Australia, we had problems with our messages on our I Phones 5 with cell no, s: 0827834588 and 0824177780. We contacted Technical support who gave us a Ref no (6397002) and promises of service within 72 hours!..Nothing happened.( WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED THAT NOT ALL AGENTS OF 8TA TECHNICAL SUPPORT, HAVE ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE OF I PHONE 5, FOR HELP) On 18 July 2013, at about 10 o, clock, I phoned again and find Walter at Technical support. With upmost patience and shared knowledge he solved our problems within minutes! THANK YOU WALTER!..You are a genius;expert! We appreciate the wonderful work done by you!
