The company I represent has been trying to get a static IP and HTTPS installed with MWEB for weeks. This is their response, after the consultant have been leaving us dangling:

I EXPECT YOU TO TAKE THE TIME AND COMPLETE THE ORDER

WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING FROM OUR SIDE AND PAYING FOR A SOLUTION THAT'S NOT INSTALLED
