Bad service

I was a Client of ADT have already put up a post regards to bad service. I have then cancelled with them in 2011 and they have not cancelled the service yet I have emailed the cancellation they did not receive it passing the buck now really. We in Strandfontein has been watching the, for some time now as they only have and ever had 1 car. My cancellation letter has never ever been found my emails sent never found how great. I have now been handed over to attorneys saying that I must pay over R5000.00 for this service that was not cancelled. I work for a company that i also pay bill for ADT and HELLO they never find payments. I will never recommend this security company as they cant keep up with standards at all. We in 2014 the area manager of Strandfontein has never came out and we are still waiting from 2011, they are very much quick to call and ask if the problem has been resolved but never resolved my problem from 2011 i'm now sitting with a attorney bill of R5000.00 that who must PAY. I have also called to say come fetch your rental kit nobody has come what kind of company is this. I'm shocked as for this behavior they need to keep up standards for once and all.
