Can't get a solution for a problem with a calculat

I bought an HP calculator PrintCalc 100 3 months ago from the HP web site.

Lately I keept getting an error with this calculator and it stops working.

The user manual is useless, can't really understand what they are trying to say there.

Called their support number today, they gave me the technical support number.

The technical support number did not work.

Called support again, they gave me another number, there they gave me another number, there they gave me another number.

In the last number I got, there is no answer.

So sitting with a new calculator that does not work, and can't get any solution to fix it.

Wasted an hour this morning, trying to get a solution with no success.
