Pathetic Service All ROUND

Good day,

i would like to make it known, how your service is!
i recieved a sms stating my vehicle is being towed at 6 am, i immediately called your call centre, stating that its not authorised to do so, this was at 6 am, an hour and a half later, i still had not heard anything, i called back asking what was going on, and the call centre agent said that the responders were still on their way, and theres traffic! that unfortunately is just a poor and pathetic excuse, another half hour later, still having not heard anything, i called back again, this time being told, that they could not find the signal, and that it was last on the n1 highway at 2 am already and that the unit had stopped working, and might be faulty! so i ask, who the hells problem is that? this was on monday by the way, i eventually found my vehicle the same day, and had to call tracker to tell them that, they told me that they will send someone out to have a look at the unit, its now thursday and havent even had a phone call since then!!

Your service is in all honesty pathetic, quick to take money, but slow to help!

i will def be cancelling my subscription!
