Change of ownership

Tracker told me that the change of ownership was done and I can collect, y new Hilux bakkie. They told me I will receive a sms stating that the tracker unit is in good working order.

After 24 hours no sms, I called them and the customer care lady told me the transfer was not done and now I am driving around with a high risk vehicle without a tracker unit.

Unbelievable...
