THEIR UNITS DO NOT WORK

After installing tracker on my car in 2006, i was hijacked on the 8th of this month called tracker to inform them. WELL the only thing i received from them is 5 sms's stating that they cannot find my car, when i call them they can't even tell me where they have lost signal, basically they can't find their own unit that is supposed to help me find my car, Yooo they haven't told me anything about my car and i have been paying for 7 years.

Then i ask then to test the other vehicle that also have their tracker... GUESS WHAT, called on the 11th then i was told they can only provide me with information after 72 hours... apparently the unit on that day but no one bothered to give me feedback, called again on the 23rd the tested the unit HMMMM " SORRY SIR THER IS LOW SIGNAL WHERE UR VIHICLE IS PACKED THEREFORE UR UNIT CAN NOT BE TESTED". I asked them to cancel the service then I'm told i will still need to pay month end regardless that their unit does not work.

WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK AND WHY AFTER SO MANY YEARS THEY TELL ME ABOUT LOW SIGNAL WHEN I WANT TO TEST THE UNIT.
