Tracker unit interfering with vehicle electronics

My vehicle's unit was not sending out signals and got replaced two week ago. Last week Thursday my vehicle didn't want to start. After being towed into Lazarus Ford and them doing diagnostics, they found that there was a power drain on the electrical system. Running through all the test, and even replacing the battery, they found nothing wrong on the vehicles system. Tracing the drain they found that is coming from where the Tracker unit is installed.

When phoning the call center and asking for a technician to be send out to Lazarus Ford to assist them with testing (including disconnecting and reconnecting) the unit, I was informed by the agent that "It cannot be the Tracker Unit" and that it will cost me R375 for the disconnect and R375 for the reconnect. If she logged a request it will be cancelled when it gets to the technician.

This is totally unacceptable. Tracker is not willing to assist in resolving the problems with my vehicle resulting from their unit, and even want to charge me if they send somebody out. I don't have a working vehicle and Tracker is passing the support of their unit onto somebody else. Why pay for something that is disabling your vehicle?
