Hi Ctrack,

This will be the 4th time that I need to take in my vehicle to repair the unit that you have installed. I contacted your call center a couple of times in the past 2 weeks and you guys keep on telling me some one will get back to me, which never happened. This is totally unacceptable! I am going to hold Ctrack responsible should my vehicle get stollen.
