Ctrack units

Hi

I fitted a ctrack unit into my vehicle. In the second month, the unit stopped working. They had to physically come and reset the unit in the vehicle. That took them 2 months to get the unit working. Meaning my vehicle had no tracker for 2 months.after 2 months the unit stopped again as from the 21 of december until todate the unit is still not working.

Meaning that since then my vehicle had no tracker. They promised to change the whole unit and fit a new one. But this does not garantee that the unit will not give problems again.

Todo this reset, they strip the parts of the parts and a risk to damage parts is very high.

I cannot take this anymore, my vehicle is always at risk of not having the tracker and damage of parts.

Apparently when I talk to othe customers they have the same problem.

I am not confident to ctrack anymore and would like to cancel the contract.

Their units are not reliable at all.

They fail at all times. I would like to warn othe people who are intested in installing ctrack in their vehicles as well.
When the saleman is marking, all is well but not. May I request ctrack team to stop these problems in my vehicle.
