I had a tracking unit installed in my car, for the purpose of separating my business from my private mileage. Initial contact with the sales consultant (Romeo) clearly outlined this. Tax season came around and it was time to submit my reports, yet to my surprise i was told that they are not able to supply the requested reports, due to the fact that my tracking unit was incorrect. The day the unit was installed the technician gave me a remote to manage my mileage, a recent follow up visit from another technician confirmed that it was indeed the correct unit, however it was never correctly activated on their side. Several Phone calls, e-mails and follow-ups from my side has resulted in nothing. This mistake has now cost me dearly. Is this common practise in the organisation? I even paid 6 months subscription fee upfront. They have debited my account with a new amount, yet a still have noting to show for it. The service up to now has been absolutely shocking, and people just seem to pass on the problem and hope it will go away. I will not recommend C-track to new Customers, they pretend to bend over backwards just to get your business, and then the bending stops. Lets see what happens
