ADT Still Useless

I recently posted a complaint about ADT Security not responding to my request to cancel my contract and to receive a refund from lack of services rendered.
Since then, I received a single phone call from ADT, about three weeks ago, where I was told that the matter would be investigated. During this call the investigator on the other line indicated that she had no idea what the charges ADT was billing me for stood for. Indicating that there is no proper process for documentation when a client is charged for something. In fact, She was calling Me to find out what the random numbers on my account meant. She also informed me that ADT erroneusly subscribed me to a 24 month contract, instead of letting me take over a previous tenant's contract, as I requested, in writing using the correct form. Further, I was informed that until this matter is resolved my contract cannot be cancelled and I have to keep paying monthly fees to ADT, for nothing, while they bumble about figuring out their own mistakes. I have resolved to take this issue to the CPA.
