Double Charged & Very Bad Service

I bought a software packages from Mustang Marketing for R19 950.00 on 2012/09/28, I paid a R10 000.00 deposit. And after that me & Melissa agreed I can pay R2000.00 per week starting on 2012/11/08 & finishing on 2012/12/10 of amount of R1 950.00, So everything was fully paid that I owed them. Each & everytime when I made a payment & e-mailed Melissa a proof of payment, she even sent me a statement that everything was paid for! So great was my shock when a amount of R8 000.00 on 17/12/2012 & again a amount of R1 950.00 on the 26/12/2012 went of from my Credit Card account & even without my authorization!
I immediately phoned Melissa & send her an e-mail with no avail, Till this day Melissa haven't phoned me back or even send me an email in reply! It only was last week Monday the 07/01/2013 that I got hold of Mustang Marketing, then I spoke to Martie of the Client Service department, she told me I must send everything to her & that she will sort it out for me! So I sent her all of my proof! But it is now I week & still my money haven't be paid back & evertime she just say she is waiting for the financial Department.

There is absolutely no Service!!!

Please help, I'am desperate
