I received a marketing SMS from Chubb in December, of which I have been a loyal client for the past 13 years, asking if I was paying too much for my Security. I decided to test their offer and replied that yes I would like to save on my security.
As expected I was contacted by a Marketing lady who started her sales pitch on a contract and so on until I explained that I was already a client and had been for 13 years and what were they going to offer me.
Straight away I was told that this offer was not for existing clients only new ones and that they could not provide me with the details of the savings or the new offer as instructed by management.
I told her that she would need to get the Sales team at Chubb to contact me as I find it totally unacceptable that this type of business practice can occur and that if not contacted they would give me no option but to cancel my contract and look for another service provider.

To date I have not received this call and do not expect to as Chubb are more than happy to receive my payment every month without delay but have no interest in its loyal and valuable clients.
