At 1:25pm, 26/4/2013, I received a call from Chubb to say that my alarm had gone off. Having asked them to send someone to have a look, I made my way home (20 mins) to find that it had been broken into. While on the phone with my boyfriend (waiting for Chubb) SOS drove passed and stopped to help, even phoning the police which arrived within 5 mins, still no Chubb. Only a good 10 -15 mins after the police arrived did Chubb arrive, no apologies, no service, no nothing - just standing around doing NOTHING. When questioning them what took them so long all they said was that they didn't know or looked at me with stupid faces. SOS did the job of Chubb and even offered to station a car in front of my home until such time that my security gate and front door is fixed. What did Chubb offer? NOTHING! What am I paying Chubb for? NOTHING! After this experience I'm cancelling my Chubb contract. Well done Chubb for your POOR service, keep this up and you'll soon have no clients anymore.
