Making good on commitment during sales

I decided to switch to Chubb a while ago as they offered a better deal than my previous provider and seemed to have a par on service. However the sales guy promised me an digital display keypad and more zones than what was installed. Unfortunately I only saw what was installed after the job was done. Furthermore, one passive kept on going off in the middle of the night. I raised this with Chubb and to be honest it took a little bit of following up, but in the end they came and replaced / upgraded the keypad (even though the sales guy got it wrong and the better keypad was not part of the offer) and fixed the passive. In the end I'm very glad I moved to Chubb.
