I asked CarTrack to fit their top of the range tracker in my car on the 07-01-2014.

Same day while driving, I called the Call Center and asked to have the tracker tested, and the lady told me the VICINITY of the car.

I told her that I am NOT interested in the vicinity of the car, but the EXACT location because I was told this is their TOP OF THE RANGE tracking device. She told me that the package that I was given does not support locating the car's exact location.

I was referred to another department where I was advised to UPGRADE the package - which I refused because, had she (sales consultant) gave me the right package, I wouldn't be going for another tracker UPGRADE within 2 days.

(I then asked MixTelematics to installed a MX3 tracker for me, which they did)

I told her I'm cancelling the contract because of their failure to give me what want, which she said she had logged the call and someone will be calling me soon to discuss this and cost.

A guy called (on 08-01-2013) and ask that I upgrade the device, which I refused but wanting a CANCELLATION.

To this end, I haven't gotten a feedback after he promised to listening to my recording and get back to me.
