I phoned Tracker 2 Months ago to request the recording as I did not Know that this was a 36 month contract. As stipulated in my conversation with them 2 months ago i told them that I was not informed about it. It has been deducted twice from my account and now somebody else is driving my car with the tracker in there car. I requested the recording again today but the person on the line told me exactly the same thing as the previous time and i dont believe that i will get feedback agian. I want the tracker out of the car that I sold over 2 Months ago and I want the tracker in my hands as i have no use for it even though I am paying for it.
Tracker should not be recomended as a choice. This is the worst service ever.
