I have a tracker installed and bought a new car. I called tracker to let them know and get a re fitment of new tracker in my new car. They told me there is a R1100 fee to be paid. I told them they actually called a friend of mine earlier that day (telemarketing) and told him that the fee is only R300 and now they want to charge me R1100. They said that it is a new special they are running and that on my contract it states "fees payable" if I want a new device installed in a new car. They put me through to a guy calling himself the "sales manager" only to find out later he is only a sales consultant. He told me that it was my responsibility to log on to the website and check my contract (which I didn't know existed) and let them know if I don't agree with anything within 5 days after installation. I asked him what would a new customer's contract state if they need to reinstall a device in new car and he said (with a very bad attitude) that it would state exactly the same as my contract "fees payable". He said he would call me back the next day. He called back and left message to call back. I called back twice and left messages and still waiting for him to call me back with an answe
