41/2 Hours to respond to alarm

0n17 December 2013 our alarm tripped whist in Natal. ADT called to inform us. We instructed the caller to get the key from the neighbour. At 21h30 ADT called again to say they cannot get into the premises as we have a palisade fence... FOUR AND A HALF HOURS after the incident. Yesterday 8 January 2014 we called ADT again to inform them to fetch their radio as we are not prepared to risk our lives through such poor service. The man said he would get the manager to call me... Nothing no action. Today I called the manager francois who promised to look into the matter. Ironically the email address reads alwaysthere... I want to know WHERE? J Pienaa
