NO RESPONSE AND NO PHONE CALLS FROM ADT

It is with regret that I have to inform you about the poor service received from ADT.
Since we were on holiday I received a call from Ryno (son) stating that our property was burglared.

It appears that the neighbours heard glass break at 12h10 on 19 March 2013 and shortly afterwards the alarm sounded. They proceed to investigate and find two windows broken. They then phoned Ryno who stays 20kilo's from where our property is.

While the neighbours phoned Ryno the alarm sounded a second time and there was still no responses from ADT not even a phone call.

It appears ADT arrived only at 12h40 which is totally unacceptable.
This is a new alarm (not ever 1 year old) and we had numerous complaints. At one stage it sent out false alarms without alarm sounding and when they came to check it was discover the wrong Arial was installed.

While still on holiday we phoned Chris from ADT (the man who quoted us on an alarm and arranged for it to be installed) He promised to phone Ryno so a technician could check the alarm, once again no response from either Chris or ADT's technical side.
We are looking for other security companies who will respond as ADT give us lots of problems
