Not returning to fixed problems

WTZ Secure it was appointed by Outsurance to replace my Electric Fence that was damaged during a thunderstorm late November 2013. The replacement was done in early December but the unit installed started giving problems within the first week or 2 after installation. I have made contact with them about the problems but they have made no effort to return to fix the problems, and it is also a problem to get hold of them.

Appart from the fence they also replaced the gate motor, which stopped working properly within the 1st few days after installion, that they have since fixed.
