ADT installed faulty alarm

Hi there,

We had an alarm system installed in May 2012. Since then we had frequent false alarms. Sometimes up to 3 times a day. We had three techies coming out to fix it, and although they come and do some work, the false alarm continue.

I had Donovan a technical manager even attending to our problem. He came with 3 people - and yet we are still having false alarms. Panic buttons go off when nobody is in the house!

I emailed George Koevort, the sales rep and the ADT MD, Mr Strydom, none of them coming back to me.

I am in contact with Delly who never phones me back (last contact before Easter).

I want ADT to take their equipment out and refund me and I will get a proper company, which is 'always there'.
