CHUBB IS USELESS!

As a company we need armed response 24 hours as we have a lot of stock worth a lot of money and as our alarm system has not been working since February 2013 this is a HUGE CONCERN! As we are good payers to CHUBB and have not missed paying one month premium this is absolutely PATHETIC. We have been trying to contact CHUBB so that someone from their side can come out and FIX this problem, and SINCE FEBRUARY a technition came out and just looked at the system and never fixed it and since then not one person has responded any of our calls and we have recieved NO CALLOUT whatsoever. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL, MAY and now we are in JUNE!!!

WE WANT A REFUND OF R2462.40 FOR ALL THE MONTHS THAT OUR ALARM SYSTEM HAS BEEN OFFLINE SINCE THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM FROM YOUR SIDE AND NOT OURS!!!

We cancelled our previous alarm supplier as CHUBB PROMISED a LOWER PREMIUM AND BETTER RESPONSE. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A LOWER PREMIUM AND AS A MATTER OF FACT ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC RESPONSE!

WE WILL KEEP CHUBB RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL STOCK LOST, CASH AND LIVES AT RISK.

If we don NOT receive a response by the END of JUNE, we will take matters further.
