CHUBB IS TRYING TO MONEY FROM ME

Chubb broke my store's alarm system during a so called "upgrade" in October 2011. The system was disconnected from their call centre.

I only found this out in January 2012, when we returned after the Xmas break, and found the store with no power, and when I contacted Chubb call centre to find out why did not phone me about the power failure (as always)
they told me there is no connection to my system anymore.

I complained in writing and per telephone, and eventually laid a complain using HelloPeter itself. Eventually I was contacted by somebody from Chubb, and the eventual feedback was that they expected me to pay to upgrade the system to restore the functionality.

I told them they had to do it free of charge, or I would replace the system with a system and monitoring from another company.

I received no reply on my demand, and the system was replaced with that of another company in January 2012.

Since then I have been hounded by the accounts department for payment. Each time I would refer them to the original contact from chubb, Mr. Doctor Lebeya, area operations manager, inland region.

They cleared the accounts and fetched the antennae. Now after another year they threaten me
