ADT technical/Call Centre service BAD!!!

Confirmed a booking for technical to attend to alarm problem on Wednesday 11 Dec. Received confirmation email by 06h30 that it will be attend to. No technician pitched. Had to take leave - which is wasted and costing me money. Call Centre just put you on hold and never come back ad when there is someone he argues with you about the BAD service of ADT. Standby can not give you a time as they do not know where the technician will be coming from - have they ever heard of planning. They expect you to cancel all arrangements and wait until a technician eventually pitch. ADT service in POOR, but they take your money every month and if you do not pay then they stop the service!!! They can breach contract - that is acceptable!!!
